Code of Conduct



Strategic goals (directions of activity):

  • Constantly improve the system of management in accordance with SA 8000 and other relevant requirements;

  • Analyse, assess, anticipate and meet the consumers’ demands and fashion trends;

  • Introduce innovations in the production of high value-added and complex products and increase the flexibility and speed of the processes;

  • Aim for constant improvement of environmental protection and introduce preventive measures;

  • Systematically improve the competence of the employees;

  • Maintain good relations with the existing business partners and clients and constantly look for new ones.

Basic principles:

  • Acting in concordance with the valid legal and other assumed requirements in the fields of quality, environmental protection, occupational safety, social responsibility and others;

  • Constant staff training and improvement of skills; improvement of performance management; team building;

  • Adhering to business ethics.

Management obligations: 

  • Safe-to-use production without a harmful effect on environment and our employees:

    • Production of ecologic goods in accordance with Oeko-Teks 100, Woolmak, GOTS and client requirements;

    • Buying high-quality dyes and chemicals in accordance with EU directives and client requirements regarding prohibited components;

    • Providing safe and comfortable work places free from harmful factors.

  • Never use and support child labour;

  • Constantly improve work environment, create the conditions for quality and efficient work for the employees; pay result-based fees and create the conditions to earn the minimum salary declared by the company to meet the basic needs of the employees; provide social benefits;

  • Reduce environmental pollution:

    • Use recyclable materials, sort waste products for recycling;

    • Save energy resources and water by optimally organizing production, ensuring quality parameters and eliminating unused equipment;

    • Reduce costs by buying quality raw materials.

  • Apply the newest information, technologies and equipment to prepare and control production;

  • Provide incentives for the employees for creative, active and honest work, implementation of ideas and innovations;

  • Cooperate with trade unions and communicate with interested parties.
